Artistic Director/co-artistic director

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Artistic Director oversees the programming of the school, the artistic aspects of the productions and outreach programming. The Artistic Director works closely with the Executive Director and other administrative staff. The AD oversees and is supported by the Associate Artistic Director, Artistic Assistant, Outreach Programs Coordinator, and the school faculty.

Donor Development Coordinator

The Donor Development Coordinator plays a critical role in the growth and sustainability of Springfield Ballet, Inc. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is essential in cultivating relationships with donors, managing fundraising campaigns, and implementing donor recognition strategies. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve fundraising goals that support the mission of Springfield Ballet, Inc and report directly to the Executive Director.
