Artistic Director
Springfield Ballet's Board of Directors has formed a Search Committee and opened the application process for an Artistic Director on October 17, 2018. This position will remain open until closed. Phone interviews, in-person interviews and class instruction observations will begin January 2019. This exempt position oversees the artistic aspects of Springfield Ballet's pre-professional productions and helps to oversee the programming of the ballet school (focused on the upper division) and outreach programming. Springfield Ballet prefers applicants with 4+ years dance instructor experience, or applicants with extensive dance background; nonprofit industry and professional performance experiences is preferred.
